The CouplerTec commercial range were developed in response to requests from concrete truck operators, transport vehicle owners, mining equipment operators and in fact any large truck ,vehicle or machine that could have a corrosion problem.
These units operate on 12VDC or 24VDC and are extremely powerful.
There are five basic models that are readily available in this range, 4 Coupler, 6 Coupler, 8 Coupler, 10 Coupler System and 12 Coupler systems. For extremely large vehicles or structures there are custom-built systems available, simply email or send us the specs on the machine or structure and we will quote on the system most suitable. Almost anything can be protected with this technology.
The commercial range is no different from the smaller systems in that each coupler must have it’s own circuit, if we have a 10 coupler system then we must use the system that has 10 separate circuits (wires) to supply the couplers the correct voltage, frequency and capacitance. Linking or running couplers in series will render this technology ineffective.
All Models in the commercial/industrial range have the following features
Progammable software which is feature upgradable.
Internal damage indicator.
Diagnostic readout facility (this feature will detect if the system has been out of service for any length of time).
These features can be applied as part of a maintenance program which is implemented by your distributor.
Output voltage can be regulated by pre-programming or up-grading the system to suit conditions the machine if operating in.
