CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing

To whom is may concern.

Mac's Engineering have been installing CouplerTecs Capacitive Coupling Electronic Rustproofing Systems to all 4WDs going onto Queensland BMA (previously BHP) coal mine sites since September 2001.

There are currently over 250 coal mining vehicles fitted with CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing Systems that are enjoying protection from the extremely highly corrosive black coal found on these mining sites (Sulphur being the corrosive agent)

Before the introduction of CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing Systems corrosion was a major problem and expense for these mines and it was not uncommon for a 2-1/2 year old vehicle to be written off or unrepairable due to the extent of the corrosion.

Thanks to CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing Systems the mining vehicles are now returning in a more saleable and safer condition after the leasing period.

As the CouplerTec Electronic Rustproofing Systems work so well in this extreme condition we would have no hesitation in recommending this system for any vehicle.
